I attempted to load a video from Anaconda and got the following error: "Sorry, the video player failed to load.(Error Code: 104153)" My search of the web was not fruitful. There was a rather broad suggestion to try another browser. For the first time in MANY years i downloaded Microsoft Edge. I could then open the video from Anaconda. A couple of years ago I went from Windows to Linux because I did not like the access that Microsoft had inside my computer. I would REALLY like to uninstall Edge and go back to Firefox. I feel much more secure that way. Thanks Mike Whitney

Can you provide steps to replicate the issue? Make sure you have ffmpegs installed and current. I'm on a rolling distro, but you should have something similar. see screenshot What OS?
