I had a major PC crash that forced me into fresh installing windows to even be able to use my system. I thought i knew my password for firefox, but i could not for the life of me remember, it has been like 5 years. It said i would lose "some" bits of my history changing my pasword, bookmarks etc. But in reality it is literally everything. Not one bookmark, piece of history, or add on was remembered.

Is there anything you guys can do? I've lost extremely important bookmarks.

If you forget your Firefox account login and the computer that crashed had the data the chances to restore them if sync was connecting is 50/50 and can take some time to update the sync if the data is still there from firefox sync server to update correctly. If the case nothing was restored or saved then there is nothing sync nor Firefox forum can do to help here.

Resetting the password for the Firefox Account because you do not remember the password will remove all data stored on the Sync server because this password is used to encrypt your data before it is uploaded to the Sync server and only this password or a possible recovery key can decrypt this data.
