Lost all bookmars and history
Hi,
I lost all my bookmarks and history after a firefox update. I saw that other people had the same problem. Even though I followed their instructions, I don't seem to able to restore them. Does anybody know what I could do next, please?

What is it you tried to do?
Please explain the problem in detail. What happens? What is/are the exact error message(s) ?
What about the rest of your profile? Settings,
bookmarks, history, passwords . . . .
Look on your desktop. Do you see a folder
called; Old Firefox? Look inside.
Look for the folder with the latest creation date.

Type about:profiles<enter> in the address bar.
How many profiles are listed?
How many should be there?
Also, open the profile folder in your file explorer.

Thank you for your help.
I have only profile, I checked.
I don't have any password stored so that's fine.
I have lost all bookmarks, history, library and highlights completely.
Shall I open the root or local folder on my only profile?
