i18n issue after updating Firefox

Hi.

I have an i18n issue after updating Firefox.

as the screenshot shows, first language is set to 'English' in Preferences, 'Chinese' is my secondary language.

But after updating Firefox, some UI are displayed in Chinese, some UI are displayed in English.

I tried to restart Firefox , but is not working.

By the way, not just in Macos, Firefox in Windows, have the same issue.
