If you are locked out of your Firefox Account and no longer have access to the recovery key or your 2FA app, you will need to [https://accounts.firefox.com/reset_password request a new password]. Unfortunately, there's nothing that we can do you help you recover your account if you don't have access to the required information. When you request a new password any data from Firefox Sync still located on the account is erased. If you can't do a password reset, you will need to create a new account.
