MSN always opens on new Window & its not my homepage.
Not sure if its adware or what, but no matter what I try Firefox always opens MSN when I open a new window. ITS NOT MY HOMEPAGE, I KNOW HOW TO SET MY HOMEPAGE. I recently installed java to use a Skyrim save cleaner that required it, despite me not being the biggest fan of Oracle & their jive, but I just uninstalled it and that didn't fix it either. neither my antivirus or a free trial of Malwarebytes has been able to amend this issue yet & I'm running out of patience.
PLEASE HELP!

however the all too simple solution of un&reinstalling firefox seems to have fixed the issue. no wonder I over looked it at first.
and to think I almost switched to Chrome.

its also probably helpful to mention I did a factory reset of fire-fox and that did nothing (lost my bookmarks, not cool) and I also set EnableActiveProbing to 0 in the windows registry and that did nothing.
Look for a folder on your Desktop called OldFirefoxProfile, stuff can be rescued.

Save your Report and google each before deleting anything as do not want to delete something you need, If need help :
