I've been having connection problems for a few weeks now. I thought an update might solve the problem, but no. The problem is this: Sometimes, when I open a link in a new tab, the tab will just load forever. But when I reload after a minute or so, it works fine. I really don't know what caused the problem. I didn't change anything. I tried narrowing it down to a specific add-on, but the problem persists. And please, don't tell me I should reset Firefox or something like that. I hope you can help me.

Hello, please see if the issue persist in firefox safe mode.

From what i can see in your "system details", you have a lot of extension for security (BetterPrivacy, NoScript, uBlock Origin, ZenMate Security Privacy & Unblock), maybe the problem is there, an extension to conflict with another one. In firefox safe mode extensions are disable, and you can see if that is the cause of the issue.

I couldn't reproduce the issue in safe mode. But it doesn't appear instantly, so I'm not 100% sure.

You can create a new profile as a test, don't install the same extensions and check it in that new profile. :-)

What do you mean, "don't install the same extensions"?

A new profile is clear, without extensions, if you install the extensions again we can not see if the problem is an installed extension or not.

Now open firefox with your previous profile, the one with extensions installed, and test for faulty extensions. Yes, it takes a little time...
