So unhappy, I have tried to uninstall a shopathome.com ribbon. Instructions make no sense I don't see what you are telling me to do.

I have shopathome.com ribbon that is on my screen. I asked for assistance in removing it and when I tried to do what Mozilla suggested there was not only NO add-on but it's totally confusing. I don't understand the arrow deal after menu and it's STILL there. Can you give a simpler way to remove this annoying ribbon. I am so frustrated I don't want a virus or anything else for that matter.

I'm not sure of the extent of your problem or previous advice you've had but ShopAtHome 8.20.0.11 is clearly showing as your only active extension. Add-ons Manager>Extensions>Shop at Home>Remove.
