Gmail not behaving on my Firefix. Some downloads all black and not able to save Gmails to open

I have included 2 screenshots for two problems with my Mac (both my iMac and my iPad exhibit the same problms. I have emptied Firefox caches.

  1. 1 Downloads of newsletters and church statements ( each with multiple pages appear black with only page number seen tho empty unrelatled email seems visible behind sheer black
  1. 2When I try to save email to desktop or hard drive , these are blank. Nothinig is saved. I havecheck all my saved emails and this is all of them.

  1. What format are these attachements in? It looks like html. Right click on the attachment and download it outside of Firefox to view the file in the proper software that can read the file type.
  1. In your gmail click on the arrow on the left when viewing the email and view as plain text. Or choose print, then save as a pdf. Gmail webpage will not open properly with out a js connection to the mail server
