when I write a email from one address the response goes to another of my email addresses
If I write an email from betsy@lakeshoreaikidocleveland.com to X. X's reply ends up in my betsy333@outlook.com mailbox. I want the email written from betsy@lakeshoreaikidocleveland.com to receive my replies back to betsy@lakeshoreaikidocleveland.com. I do not want the replies to be rerouted to the betsy333@aoutlook.com address.

If you have to use the outlook server because the pop mail accounts do not allow you to use their smtp server: (I have my own domain using pop, but have to send using my BT server email address, so I had to add another email address in BT account to allow sending)
There should be a facility to add another email address using a 'Send Only'. I think settings are something like this:
Sign in to Outlook.com with your primary account - using a browser. Click the Options icon and then click Options. Click on Your email accounts. Click Add a send-only account, enter the email address and password for your secondary account - the lakeshoreaikidocleveland.com email address, and then click Next. Look for a verification email that was forwarded from the secondary account. Click the link in the email to verify that you own the account.

When X gets your message, who does it say it came from?
When I write to one of my email addresses it goes to my outlook email instead of the one I am writing to. What to I need to do to correct this problem. Also, I lost an contact list on my thunderbird account. What happened to it and how do I get it back?
If you are looking at folders in your outlook mail account and click on 'Write', it will auto enter the 'Outlook' email address in the FROM field.
If you are looking at folders in your lakeshoreaikidocleveland.com mail account and click on 'Write', it will auto enter the lakeshoreaikidocleveland.com' email address in the FROM field.
Please confirm this occurs.

Both account4 and account 5 = the mail.lakeshoreaikidocleveland.com accounts are set to send using the Outlook smtp server which has the outlook email address as username and uses the outlook password. so it is going out - sending via that server.
So Outlook are applying that Outlook mail email address to the sent email when it sends the email onto the destination email address. They cannot send using your email addres because they cannot authenticate it. They do not know the usrname and password of the mail.lakeshoreaikidocleveland.com account. When the recipient Replies to that email, it is assigning the Outlook email address.
This explains why your emails are returning to the wrong email address.
How do I fix it?

If you have to use the outlook server because the pop mail accounts do not allow you to use their smtp server: (I have my own domain using pop, but have to send using my BT server email address, so I had to add another email address in BT account to allow sending)
There should be a facility to add another email address using a 'Send Only'. I think settings are something like this:

Look for a verification email that was forwarded from the secondary account. Click the link in the email to verify that you own the account.

Thank you!
I have a similar problem. I have several different email accounts. Because I had difficulty setting up outgoing server for some I elected to set up my outgoing google server as the default . Though I have placed a different reply to email address, the return comes to my google account.
Please advise
Yhanks
Hi emphasis Did you set up gmail to be able to send using a different email address? Otherwise it assumes you want to use the same email address as assigned to the selected smtp outgoing server, See info: https://support.google.com/mail/answer/22370?hl=en click on the option: 'I'm a Gmail or Google Apps user sending from an external address.' to see instructions on how to set up gmail to accept other email addresses.
