I was sent a user name that I have never used. Please advise
I couldn't log into Mozilla/Firefox and asked to have user name sent to me. The one they sent Lesstressbangel37 was never a user name I choose. I want to change this what must I do?

Hello Lesstressbangel37, This is a strange one, so the password does work and you are using the account with that username. What I would suggest is that you change your username to what you want and make sure you change your password. If you don't know how to change your username and password or need further assistance please report back but If this answered your question please select this as the solution. You can post a "Want to change my user name request in the contributors forum if you want to change the username.
Note that you can change the display name in your user profile. Once logged on, you can click your name at the top of the page > Edit Profile

I can't seem to find out how to change the username. I went to my name in profile, clicked but it wouldn't let me change username. I also went to forums/contributors to ask for a name change but couldn't find the forum for that.

Your username has now been changed to lesstressrx so I'll close this thread.
P.S lesstressrx sent me the following by PM to confirm that the problem is solved.
I went to mark my issue as solved but it says thread is closed. If there is another place I should go I will do so. I really appreciate your help. I am new to going to a support page.
