what have you done to the printing on firefox?

Lately all of my coupons on firefox ONLY on multiple computers have been printing extremely tiny. There is no way for me to correct this other than to use another browser as the printing is automatic from the coupon websites. Please fix ASAP or I will have to permanently change browsers. In addition firefox does not work well with smartsource coupons technology. Any reason why?

Check the Scale setting in Page Setup or the Print Preview window. 100% or Shrink to Fit usually is best

As far as smartsource coupons technology goes, more than likely they use a plugin for Firefox and it is up to them to keep that plugin up to date with Firefox. When Firefox is updated, they may need to update their plugin if there's a compatibility issue. You seem to have 3 coupon printer plugins installed. Maybe those similar plugins interfere with each other? You could try disabling the one/s that are needed for SmartSource.com and see what happens.

Overall, SmartSource makes it very difficult for "us" to get a copy of their plugin to look at to help their users, short of registering for their service - which is where I draw the line. I have no need for their service and don't want to have to provide personal information for something I don't need. Plus considering that NewsCorp is involved with SmartSource ....

you can't check the scale setting it prints automatically and I do not get a print preview. It used to work just fine until about 3 weeks or so ago. I have printed at family and friends houses too with the same issue, so not an issue on our end. It is coming from Firefox. Google chrome prints just fine. Smartsource is not a big deal... it works sporadically and I know a lot of people have trouble with them so it may be on their end. But I can not take a coupon in that is the size of a quarter just about and ask them please scan this coupon that you can not even begin to read....

I guess there is a Print button on the webpage; that didn't occur to me. As of Firefox 29 the Print button in Firefox open the Print Preview window; where you can view the Scale setting and change it.

Also, if you hit the Alt key, the Menu Bar appears at the top of the screen. Then hit File to get a drop-down menu where both Page Setup and Print Preview are a menu-item.

Please look to see that the Scale is set correctly. From your description of the size of the coupons being printed, my gut instinct is that the Scale is wrong. Once a printer setting like that is changed, it is used until a user changes it again.
