Windows 10. Have used Firefox for years with no problem. Out of the blue, when Firefox is invoked, it comes up, but the screen dims after a few seconds, an the hourglass appears and Firefox freezes at that point. I have to use Task Manager to close it. I tried uninstall and that failed. Then I manually deleted the Firexfox program files. When I tried to install the program from Firefox, that failed as well with a window that pops and says there was a problem. Then the install window freezes (!) and again I have to resort to Task Manager to stop the program. What to do to get Firefox running again? Thanks. Bob Ochsman ochsman@gmail.com

Hey folks, I've been noticing something peculiar with Firefox that's been bothering me lately. Whenever I try to watch videos on YouTube in resolutions above 1080p, they tend to randomly buffer. It's quite frustrating, especially when I know my internet connection is stable and other browsers don't seem to have this issue. Has anyone else experienced this problem with Firefox? And if so, do you have any tips or solutions to share? Thanks in advance for any insights!

ever time i watch something i will go to pause it and noting will happen and if hover over a video and preview it won`t stop until i close the tab how do i turn this off?

I'm a user of Mozilla, it's my main browser. I use it for everything and especially for Youtube. But, recently, some changes have appeared and not for better. I don't know why or if it's only me. The thing is Youtube is not like the real site but something else and so i lose options or settings. I don't have anymore the mutiple screen size options. There's a button that says "watch this on Youtube" while i'm litteraly on Youtube.. And now i want to watch a video with a age restriction and it'tells me i have to be connected to Youtube while i'm connected.

Can someone answer me about this or make it noticed by Mozilla employees ?

Every other browser works fine. This one stopped dead on Win10 and Android9. It wont stream even in safe and my Android has no add ons

When I open my emails, I get an automatic default to email REPLY. I cannot open my emails for reading and attachments. Also, I no longer get the time of the email listed. How do I restore my settings?

I'd like to know if there is a way to remove firefox relay from the context menu, as per screenshot. I really like the relay icon on the email fields, but I don't want it to show on the context menu and I found no such option on the relay extension. Is there a solution to this?

I have a Lenovo Win 11 notebook that now requires me to sign in each time I open Outlook or YouTube when I use the Firefox Browser. Edge and Chrome do not require a sign each time I use Outlook and/or YouTube. A setting in Firefox certainly seems to be the cause. I reinstalled Firefox, still same broblem.

A week or two ago I had no issues with Outlook and YouTube. It happens now every time I Open Outlook and YouTube.

I now use EDGE and have stopped using Firefox which has been my preferred browser for years.

My display is too big now and I lose parts of webpages in the "edges"? Search bar when I first sign on shows 120%. How do I get back to 100%? Please no technical jargon. If I can't fix this,will have to quit using Firefox.

Windows 10, fully updated with the latest firefox version. Email program is MS Outlook through my employer. Email notifications are overwhelmingly loud if the global volume is sufficient for viewing content. Playing with the volume mixer doesn't help. I have searched for solutions online, and every suggested fix entails features or options that are not available on my system. Please provide complete instructions for Windows 10. Please respond to lanzcc@potsdam.edu

SECOND PROBLEM

Submit button on page https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/new/mozilla-account/form never succeeds.

This has been going on for a length of times, the Privacy app or window keeping changing when I used it. This morning, it started back when trying to close it to go to another website. Also, the middle part of the privacy screen keeping changing.

Firefox is not secure because there is something going on every day with the settings. They keep changing on me.

I've been using Rightmove Professional on Firefox for ten years plus but now suddenly it's not working correctly as the viewing windows no longer slide. Rightmove say it's due to an update by Firefox and advise to switch to Chrome but I really don't want to - will this issue be fixed? Thanks

I get the following two error messages when I click on Foxfire. Couldn't load XPCOM; and Entry Point not found; followed by this:  ?Nan@Decimal@blink@@SA?AV12@XZ could not be located in the dynamic link library...

I tried to uninstall the program, but got the same two messages and it would not let me. I downloaded a new version and I'm getting the same messages. Everytime I start my computer, I get the same two messages and have to click out of them to keep going. I've installed another browser, but at this point, I just want to uninstall Foxfire so it stops popping up with error messages all the time.

Anybody know how to resolve this? Thanks.

As you can see in the attached image the highlight is coming out grey instead of blue, which is what is showing when I select 'save screenshot'. It used to be this error happened maybe one in 20 times and it was annoying because I am making these screenshots for use in youtube videos and it becomes unreadable, but now it is every single screenshot even after doing it dozens of times and with different pages.
