All my passwords are gone. When I tried to log into a site, I get a Firefox message, saying to save and auto fill passwords, you must have a device pass code. I am not redirected anywhere, and have no idea where to find a device pass code. I’m devastated as all my passwords were saved here. How can I get them back?

All of a sudden my Firefox icon has vanished from my iPhone. I'm positive that I didn't delete it, it just vanished. When I click on a link, it follows the link using Firefox. But if I initiate a search, I am only able to use Safari to do it. How do I get my icon back so that I can always be using Firefoc?

Hi, this has happened twice recently where I have had a number of tabs open on firefox on my phone and suddenly they all vanish. They do not show up in recently closed. If they were marked inactive I have no way to access them. I have no idea what happened but it’s really frustrating as between the two times this has happened I have lost probably 150+ tabs.

I recently saw FF was available for ios. I tried to download it, but my iphone is only on ios 12.5.5, with no further updates to higher numbers, and FF now only seems to support 13+ But I see numerous older references to support for 12. Where do I find it?

Did you guys really get rid of night mode on iOS app?? And the tap and hold a link to see a small preview page? Those are the two biggest reasons I use Firefox iOS over other browsers- why did these two features go away??

Hey, not sure if there was an update but night mode/reader is no longer an option available in the bottom right menu. The inverter is my favorite feature; I hope it’s not going away permanently.

Firefox used to be my go to browser in all my devices. But since the latest updates, it has been buggy and slow to the point of not being an option anymore. I have seen that there are many reviews in the AppStore pointing to this, but seems that they go unnoticed. And the fact that you have to actually go through a series of hops to get support is unbearable. There are many examples of how the application’s performance has been degraded: - when switching to another app (i.e. notepad) and then coming back, it freezes for some 20 seconds before it crashes altogether - when opening a new tab, if you want to access the menu (some call it the “burger” menu on the upper right corner), the app takes almost a full minute before displaying it. - sometimes even opening a new tab, it takes forever to respond to the keyboard entry.

Hopefully in some future versions all these issues get fixed but for now, it has been a total buggy experience.

When I try to search for something directly from the Firefox starting page I get no results but instead find myself transferred to the home page of the search engine. (Ecosia)

Is this by design or an error?

I get constant crashes on Firefox for iOS. When I posted this in a review in the app store, you asked me to post it here. This happens both on iPhone 13 Pro as well as on an iPad Pro 11" 2018.

There is no rule on when it happens. Sometimes it happens when switching tabs, sometimes when adding tabs by opening links in the background, sometimes when just reading. Firefox slows down, becomes very unresponsive and just closes. When I open it again, I get an "woops something went wrong" popup and the tabs open again. It usually goes better after reopening, so it's not related to the websites I was visiting. For your info, this is when visiting news sites (The Guardian, VRT NWS) or forums (modulargrid.net, modwiggler, gearspace) or anything else. It's becoming very unusable and hasn't gone away despite following the updates.

My Firefox crash on my iPhone (IOS 16.2) since 108 update BUT ONLY when I connect/sync to my account (if I don't try to connect to account it works fine, but its then quite useless). Each time I reconnect =) CRASH (pop up says "hum firefox as crashed. do you want to reopen? I click ok = it recrashes again and again) I'm getting to you as I've tried ALL solving problem issues I could find but none seems to work. Basically I have: - Desinstalled and reinstalled the App (from store or link) 10 times already. - “Repaired” my Firefox account on PC in case it had someting to do with it. - Posted the issue on Apple IOS support which answered that if it runs ok on Mac PC then pbm come from Mozilla not IOS. - Posted the issue on French Mozilla support 5 days ago and get no answer NOTHING works and I can not get a crash report as FIrefox is not accessible once it has crashed right? Hi, I have moved to a new iPhone. I have got the Firefox app transferred over and have tried to synchronise having clicked the synchronise button. However, despite doing this several times only a handful of sign ins have come across. I have enabled facial recognition. I have on some occasions had a Firefox message screen come up: ‘To use the autofill feature for Firefox you must have a device passcode enabled’. I have tried googling this and am no better informed.

I recently started using a iPhone 14. I can’t seem to get your browser to autofill credit card info on websites. I have searched and it says to turn it on under settings, privacy, autofill. There is no autofill option under privacy.

As of this morning Firefox crashes on start up on both my iPad and my iPhone, both running on iOS 16.2. On the iPhone no messages are shown, it simply crashes. On the iPad however a message is shown that Firefox seems to have crashed and I'm asked whether I want to restore tabs. Choosing either 'yes' or 'no' results in starting up Firefox and crashing again with the same message/question as a result.

I have removed and reinstalled Firefox on my iPad. It did start up and I was able to sign in with my account. However, when I wanted to use Firefox again, crashing on start up was there again.

For some reason I don’t have the option to add payment cards on my browser using the latest version on iOS.

Can someone explain or help me achieve this as it’s pretty annoying having to dig my card out or switch to safari.
