ATT.NET is blocking my access to ATT/Yahoo email from my ATT.net account using Firefox ''but not using Chrome?'' I have stopped all tracking and cookie blocking

When i right click then i see a huge list of options i never had before, and open in next tab, copy and paste are no longer working. Added a screenshot of half the list of options i see when right clicking. It includes copy and mut and full screen options for video that i never had before.

135.0.1 (64-bit) on Win11

For some reason, IDM will not work in Firefox/DuckDuckGo. even though it worked a couple of weeks ago. I contacted IDM support who have tried everything they have, but no change.

Here is the issue: 1. I open Firefox (Duck Duck Go is my default) (132.0.2 (64-bit) 2. I type "vintage sci fi movies" 3. Click on "videos" 4. Pick any movie (example: The Phantom Planet (black and white but this does not matter) 5. In the Choose How you Watch, I click the left icon - Watch Here, and not Watch on YouTube; also click Remember my choice 6. The movie starts but there is no IDM dialogue 7. If I then click Watch on YouTube inside the movie, it switches to YouTube and the movie starts, AND the IDM dialogue pops up.

As I said, this worked in Firefox/DDG a couple of weeks ago.

IDM version is 6.42 Build 23, full (paid for) version Oct 15 2024 The IDM Integration Module in Firefox shows as Version 6.42.22, last updated Oct 28 2024.

I am the developer of the Dictionary Anywhere extension which is a Firefox recommended extension. Recently my extension stopped performing up to its expectations due to backend changes in public API that it uses to find meaning of the words.

However, I am unable to modify the code of extension to fix the issue as I am not able to login to my account due to it being behind MFA, and I have lost access to the phone which contains those MFA codes.

Can something be done here, to allow me to update the extension to rectify the issue that 50k users who use this extension regularly are facing? For example, can the extension be transferred to another account through which it can be updated, lots of users are suffering as the extension is not working. I have access to the source code of the extension .

I have Firefox version 136.0.2. I think it was quite recently updated. The right click menu is broken. The choice list is much longer, and the choices "open link in new tab" and "copy link" (ones I tried) do not work. This only started happening this morning. Right click works fine in Chrome. Screenshot included.

Recently clicked to update to the next version of Firefox. Then I get the message "Restart to Update Firefox." I restart Firefox but the message is still there when I click Help > About Firefox. It would appear that the update did not happen for some reason. Do I need to re-install Firefox to get around this problem?

On the newest firefox update on Windows PC My PDF reading has been not displaying PDFs correctly on Firefox I tested on other PDF views and they work as normal (All images are normally white with black text PDFs) Sometimes it displays nothing at all (as seen in Image 1) Some pages will display correctly but the rest won't (as seen in Image 2) Some pages will display text but strangely (as seen in Image 3) It does flash white sometimes while scrolling but it still doesn't show text

I am trying to access certain HTTPS websites and some of them show PR_CONNECT_RESET_ERROR in Firefox. This error is not present in Edge or Chromium.

Here's what I've tried (none of these works):

• DNS over HTTPS turned off
• Uninstall all add-ons
• Reinstall Firefox
• Create new profile and set it as default
• Delete/rename certs.db in the Firefox profiles folder.

The only fix that works is to use Troubleshoot Mode every time I visit these websites which is not practical. Any ideas on what could be the problem?

The security sequence for log-in is supply of user-id and then password; that works fine; then a send unique code dialogue pops up and it leads to an error screen which I am attaching. I have rung the number provided and they say they don't support Firefox; so that looks like end of Firefox use to me and goodbye (can't find a tearful emoji to insert).

Gotta say this kind of thing is happening quite frequently for me; mostly without a nice error screen like this one; last one I recall was hunting for car insurance; on the screen where it listed the billions of quotes to eager providers none of the links to click through for the quotes worked... and with this happeneing more frequently now you go... ohh it's firefox again isn't it... so you reluctantly fire up Google Chrome and of course it works OK.

So I'm kinda here with a broader outlook than just this specific problem; I really am on the verge of giving up with Firefox; it should just work shouldn't it; and it increasingly doesn't anymore; I don't want to get into an extended and convoluted dialogue to help you cure this issue; I'm simply perplexed that some really basic stuff doesn't work anymore; however; I've used Firefox for centuries so thought I should give you at least a chance so I could declare how I feel etc.

I am up for a dialogue over this and hoping this is an easy fix; but; as I say; I'm confused as to why, for me, Firefox just simply doesn't work well anymore; it just should and I shouldn't be here.

After updating FF to v. 136.0 in Linux Mint 22.04, I noticed a problem with video playback in Facebook in some posts. A black screen appears with the message "Sorry, there were problems playing this video". The problem also occurs after disabling all plugins and deleting the user.js file from the profile. The problem does not occur after starting firefox in troubleshoot mode, but then hardware acceleration using the GPU does not work (Compositing: WebRender (Software)). Please tell me whether I need to a)uninstall/reinstall Firefox OR if there is a setting somewhere that I need to use to correct this problem. I usually use Arial variations and need at least 14 for font size. My settings are always the same. My machine is a Lenovo ThinkPad and the OS is Windows 11. I have four bars at the top of the screen, File/Edit, below that tabs, below that the search bar, and below that bookmarks. Before yesterday everything was the correct size for my vision. I have a couple questions on tab groups, I'm a new ms edge refuge but this not as smooth as I would like :). I realize tab groups are oddly new for FF, but I'm trying to get setup and running into two main issues. 1. I cant seem to freely reorder the tab groups, I can move the individual book pages no problem but not the groups as a whole. I would expect to be able to left hold click drag the order of the groups just like individual tabs. 2. Tab groups don't seem to exist across clients (or maybe I'm missing the how). If I open FF on my mac I would expect to see or at least be able to reopen the same tab groups as my windows PC, not just the individual pages from history on other device. Is there a way to do this? 3. can't import tab groups from edge? You don't want to make it easy for folks to switch?

OS: Windows 10 Pro 64-bit with all the latest Windows updates installed; running Windows version 23H2. Firefox release I'm having problems with: 137.0.2.

Just upgraded to release/version 137.0.2. The first time I open Firefox each day it takes about 2 to 3 minutes for ANY website to load. Sometimes when a web page does eventually load none of the images display.

I have tried same websites using Google Chrome AND Microsoft Edge. Websites don't have problems loading using either of those 2 browsers unless I have Firefox open in another window. If they load slowly, as soon as I close Firefox, web page load quickly in Chrome or Msoft Edge.

Not a RAM problem because I typically have around 20% of my RAM being used.

Did not have any of these problems using Firefox version 137.0.1.

UPDATE: Thought maybe it was one of my add-on/extensions so I checked for updates. Four needed updating. Made the updates and website still no loading properly.

Hello. I got a new laptop (Windows 11) and have been trying to sign in to my main account for an hour. I can "sign in" with my email and password, and I get the account recovery code in my email. I then enter that, then I am immediately told that my account is "disconnected", even though by all other indications, I am signed in. I mean, I have to be signed in to create this post!

I read over other posts, and some of their issues seem to stem from something about their default profile. However, 1) I should still be able to sign in to a non-default profile, 2) I have been able to sign in to a different (student) profile just fine. I have uninstalled and reinstalled FF twice now, with full deletion of profiles etc. And no luck.

Other posts have mentioned antivirus software interference, but that doesn't explain why my other (student) profile works fine.

Also, when I try to create a recovery key, I am presented with an "unknown error" screen. I have attached a screenshot of that.
