I can access hotmail on i-phone using 3Gand web browser but not on my laptop. I have removed cookies and cache and preformed a malware check. I can open you my account on laptop but can not access the folders or emails listed in my inbox. I did go into control panel, internet properties and internet protocol version 4 and changed the DNS - as I saw that on a site - this helped as it allowed Mail.live to open and allow me to enter my password and opened my account but then it stalled again. - I'm using firefox on windows 7

Any ideas?
