I cleared the cookies and I can't get acess to yahoomail with mozilla
I decided to clear all the cookies along with the browser history. After that I can't get access to my yahoo email. After trying to sing-in I get "a problem loading page" with the following message:
"The page isn't redirecting properly Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete.
This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept cookies. "
I' ve tried with IE (bliahhhh!) and there isn't any problem. Could you please provide me some advice? Thank you in advance for your interest.

You can try to close Yahoo messenger and navigate to the mail page starting with the Yahoo main page or the Yahoo sign in page and avoid using a bookmark for now in case there is a problem with the bookmark.

How/where did you clear the cookies?
It is possible that the cookies.sqlite file that stores the cookies is corrupted if clearing cookies doesn't work.
Rename (or delete) cookies.sqlite (cookies.sqlite.old) and delete other present cookies files like cookies.sqlite-journal in the Firefox profile folder in case the file cookies.sqlite got corrupted.
You can use this button to go to the Firefox profile folder:
- Help > Troubleshooting Information > Profile Directory: Show Folder (Linux: Open Directory; Mac: Show in Finder)
I followed the Help>Troubleshooting information> Restore and I came back to my normal way of ..."living". Thank you very much for your help and your imminent reply.
i have the same problem ...and actually i can not access the yahoo mail from yahoo messenger client. I just tried to clear cash and cookies but with no success. Can anyone tell me what i make wrong here or....what the problem is?

i don`t use a bookmark for yahoo mail, i use the button from yahoo messenger client to access it. It is more easier but now is not working anymore..
