That is as "1.jpg","2.jpg",.."n+1.jpg" in increasing order. I don't want the default image name in the text box, just numbers.

Hi khushbuu1,

Thank you for your question. To set the number to increase for the items would require a third party software or a script.

There is an addon that allows this: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/fire.../?src=search

I hope this helps. If not please ask stackoverflow.com for more information on how to develop something that does this.

Default in the browser is to set to title. https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=254139

Hello,

Thank you for contacting Mozilla.

Is this issue you are having for Firefox OS or is this for desktop? According to Rachel's instructions, they seem to be for Firefox for Desktop but the product selected is Firefox OS.

If it is Firefox OS, I have not been able to do this either.

Depending on the version of Firefox OS that is being used there are two ways to save photos:

  1. Gallery App https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-to-use-the-gallery-app
  2. SMS saving media images in 1.1 only https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-to-use-messages-app#w_send-view-...

The default in the Gallery I believe is IMG001.jpg or IMG00#.jpg

This is a feature request we can file as a bug. The images saved will follow the IMGXXX numbering system and that won't change however, we can file a bug as a suggestion to change what the image name saved is for further purposes.
