All of a sudden I am unable to log into the Netflix website with Firefox 14.01. I have no trouble with either Safari or Chrome (both are up to date).
The only other recent change was to update Adobe Flash yesterday. Everything else is updated. I can use the other browsers to get to my Netflix queue, but I would prefer not to. This just started. It is annoying but I am planning to upgrade my iMac to Mountain Lion and would like to have as many things working properly as possible. I am going to let Netflix know also as the problem may be on their end. Thanks for any help you can give me.

Thank you so much. I deleted all of the Netflix history and the cookie. and it works fine now. Thank you again.
A brief ps. The problem apparently is with Netflix. Now when signing in, they suggest that you delete the cookie if you are having problems signing in. They are working to solve the problem, so I guess it wasn't just me. In the meantime, I'm checking periodically and using Safari when I need to make adjustments to my queue.
I had this problem Netflix too. Here's a sure fix for MAC users:
- Access your hard drive (double click the hard drive icon in finder)
- Find the silverlight plugin (navigate to your Internet Plug-Ins directory: /Library/Internet Plug-Ins/)
- Remove the silverlight plugin (drag any of the following into your trash bin:
* Silverlight.plugin * WPFe.plugin
- Empty your trash bin
- Go to www.microsoft.com/getsilverlight/ using your Firefox browser.
- Download and install silverlight
- Restart Firefox
This removes a bad install of Silverlight and starts fresh. Definitely works!
