How to recover the unsent email?

It disappeared when I click "send" bottom. Instead of sending the mail out, the screen became the log-in page and asked for the password. After log-in, the mail I wrote disappeared. I have checked the "draft" box and the send box, it was not in there. Please help. I spent three hours writing this mail, Thanks.

Hi,

Please try this: File (Alt + F), click Work Offline (it should be ticked). Click History (Alt + S) > Show All History, look for the address corresponding to the event when you clicked "Send", right-click and Open in a new tab. If unsure, you can open more of the nearby addresses. When opened if the page/pages are blank, click on Work Offline again to disable it and then click on Try again and Resend. This may work if Firefox wasn't closed and if the page session wasn't expired by the web mail site.
