switch languages to diferent users on same computer
I have two different user accounts. On one I want firefox in english and on the second account I want it in spanish. I downloaded firefox 4 each in its respective language. But when I access either one, it stays on the last download.

You can install the en-US English version and install the Spanish language pack for the other user.
Set the pref "general.useragent.locale" to the name of the preferred language XPI file (e.g. "en-US" or "es-ES") on the about:config page.
You can open the about:config page via the location bar, like you open a web site.
Use the Filter bar at the top of that page to quickly locate the pref.
