How do I remove the background display in the upper and lower parts of the page?
The upper and lower ends have a background display when a new version was updated.I wish to remove the display.

Sounds that you installed a Persona.
You can uninstall that Persona and revert to the Default theme (Tools > Add-ons > Themes). See Use themes to change the look of Firefox and http://kb.mozillazine.org/Themes (Lightweight theme)
