Just opened up Fireox and everything has gone - all bookmarks and folders, toolbar with shortcuts, all of it. I am not a technical person. What do i do to get it all back? Thank you Harry

Sorry. There was another profile there which I launched but didnt resolve the issue. Tried to follow the instructions for recovering data from old profile, but not sure if I did that right. Could you explain that one again please? Thanks Harry
