I am using MS Windows 11 (latest update installed) and Mozilla FIrefox browser (latest update installed). Recently, I have been experiencing issues signing in to my Truist online banking service. While speaking with my bank's customer service representative I was informed that over the last several days they have received many calls from customers with the same issue and these customers were Firefox users. What is Mozilla Firefox doing to address the issues. Signing in not functioning properly. Loading of account info not functioning (Slow to no-load). I've tried accessing the same online banking account with MS Edge and it seems to function fine.
