Interaction problem with HRBlock.com
Trying to pre-order tax software. When I click on link to go to "Cart", page will not display with links to pay. After nearly an hour on the phone, their tech support said it is a problem with Windows 11. Had the exact same problem with Edge and Chrome. I cleared history and did a refresh with Firefox- no help. Tried to clear with Chrome, but wasn't able to execute. Seems very hard to get help from Microsoft. I am using Firefox's VPN, but I turned it off. I have this problem with other sites- notably Zoom. I was able to effect a payment there using a cell phone. Any thoughts?
