Most incoming messages are being marked as 'junk'

On one of my accounts, almost all my incoming mail is being marked with the orange 'junk' flame. The messages remain in my inbox but are labelled. This is an account connected with my own domain, and it doesn't happen on my other accounts e.g. gmail.

I have disabled adaptive junk filtering globally. For this account adaptive junk filtering had been enabled for several months when the problem started rather suddenly. I've tried disabling it but it hasn't made a difference. The only other change around the same time was that I installed an email client on Android to read emails on this specific account. But I don't see how that could cause the problem.

Firstly, I'm not clear whether it is TB doing this or the incoming mail server. If the server thinks a message is junk, will it get a 'junk' logo on TB? Or is the logo applied only when TB itself decides that a message is junk?

And, depending on the answer to the above, is there any way of stopping this?

Thank you in advance.
