Export thunderbird database / accounts

Hi, I have been using Thunderbird on an older MacBook 2012, Thunderbird version 91.11.0 (64 bit), Mac OS 10.13.6 High Sierra.

I just got a 2018 MacBook Pro with OS 12.4 Monterey and downloaded Thunderbird from your site.

I need to migrate my entire database and accounts to the new machine. When I go to export I get a small window as shown in the attached image, with a save as location, where location and format with the only formats being web page, icalendar and outlook comma separated values.

When I click save all I get is a file of 41kb in size and no apparent content.

What do I have to do to transfer everything from my old mac to the new one?
