The VPN does not currently work properly on Windows 7 computers. Our team is considering developing a Windows 7 and 8 client but is currently prioritizing improving our current versions.

You can send us a refund request by logging into accounts.firefox.com with the Firefox account associated with the subscription, next to subscriptions, click on manage and you will have the option to Contact Support.

I, too, have Win 7, and I want to use Mozilla VPN.

Yes, Win 7 is "EOL". But "EOL" really means "EOS"; that is, end of __support__ from MSFT.

Win 7 is "alive and well" on millions, if not billions of computers. Our reasons for continuing to use Win 7 are personal, varied, and not subject to debate or discussion. (Don't waste your time -- or ours.)
