Could you tell us more about what you are doing and when does this usually happen when the VPN disconnects?

Are you connections to the internet stable and you have under 5 devices connected to VPN via your account?

When it disconnects you, are you able to reconnect to the service?

It happens all the time. 1 device at a time. Laptop and phone, but worse on phone. Happens when I am just browsing or looking at emails. Quite often browsing slows down to a crawl or doesn’t load pages at all. I usually have to turn VPN off to browse some pages or at all. Sometimes I look at the VPN app when things are slow and it says unstable or poor signal. Sometimes while I am looking at it it shuts off or disconnects because of the signal. It worked better the first month or so, but now I am having frequent problems.

I can reconnect, and sometimes it is stable, but that typically doesn’t last that long anymore.

This issue would need to be brought up with the support team. I suggest contacting support via the steps outlined in the article attached below. Supplying them with your debug file would help identify the issue of your VPN connection dropping constantly.
