Hushmail service freezes when using Mozilla VPN

Thank you for following up. We are showing no issues from our side in regard to slowness or issues with the servers during the times you are having issues. It seems that the issue is not from our side rather an issue with the vpn when on our page. I would recommend trying to get in contact with Mozilla support and see if they can find a solution for you from their side.

Hi there,
Thanks for reaching out. This is a good question here. Something to try would be enabling the setting for local network access in the app.
To do this:
- icon(settings) > network > Allow local network access
If this does not resolve your issue you could send our direct support agents the logs for the app in order to investigate further.
To get the logs:
- icon(settings) > get help > view logs
This is going to generate a text file for you. Save that file and send an email with it attached to vpn-support@mozilla.com. This way our staffed support agents can review the logs with the Engineering team for a solution. You can also see instructions on how to do this here
