Problem is that I have just installed an Access Point router between my wired PC and the ethernet cable from my hub (virgin super hub 2) The setup works and can get internet on both the PC and the WIFI AC router, but when try and connect the Mozilla VPN it won't complete (message = couldn't start vpn) I hope my setup doesnt negate use of the VPN and hopefully its a setting on the AC router/modem, if anyone can help, that'd be great :)) Jubbs99 .png's attached

Well, that was strange, I just used an autoinstaller from the Realtek site (https://www.realtek.com/en/component/zoo/category/network-interface-controllers-10-100-1000m-gigabit-ethernet-pci-express-software) and this time it has installed it correctly, the VPN now works. I'd tried a few times before but its so difficult to get the right driver for the motherboard that I prob DL'ed a wrongun. When I checked the properties of the driver before, somewhere it mentioned 32bit, I've never installed a 32bit driver since I upgraded to win10 64bit so not sure why that was but its changed now with the latest install to 64bit and I can get the VPN to connect, yay. I aint gonna mess with it, so hopefully this will help peeps with the same problem as me. Ta Jubbs99

Hi, everything still ok except if i turn off the AC router I lose connection to ethernet with the PC, which I thought was safe as I presumed the LAN ports were thru ports but obviously not. With a router restart, connection happens but mVPN doesnt connect, only a system restart does. I've linked the debug log to help if it can be fixed but I'm leaving well alone as its not entirely broken. Thanks Jubbs99 Debug log
