What does the circle with the questionmark mean on the search-output?

Hello, my daughter had a web-site. And within some questions we find a circle with a question-mark? I can't find an answer, what does it mean.

I hope somebody can help me: see the screenshot and look to the end of the answer-line.

I wonder if that is something that was added to those pages by a "security application"??

What happens when that question mark is "cusor hovered over" or maybe clicked on?
That may help you figure that out.

I don't recall ever seeing something like that with Google Searches that I have done.
