You need to assign the email address to which the invitation was sent to the desired calendar. If you don't won't to receive meeting invitation for other calendars, don't assign an email address to it. Open the Calendar tab and right-click the desired calendar in the left pane - Properties Pick the desired email address from the 'Email' drop-down menu.

Note, the email address assigned to a calendar is not necessarily the same as the one of the Calendar account.
