I send invitation of my CalDAV shared calendar and the attendees receive a plain email.
I setup a CalDAV shared calendar in my Thunderbird 68.1.0 and Lightning, when I send a meeting the attendees receive an email without the Accept, Reject, ... button. But if I login to my webmail page, the meeting does have these options. I've installed the 3 add-ons of lightning and have the same result.
