Do you have other devices syncing with the same account? If you do, do you see the disappeared bookmarks appearing on the other devices?

I (Dave) also have this problem. The bookmarks are still synced on my Windows 7 Desktop and Laptop but have disappeared from both my Wife's and my iphone 7. Mine disappeared after I updated to firefox version 17 for iphone. I told my Wife NOT to update. When 17.2 came out. She updated and her bookmarks disappeared after syncing. We have tried disconnecting and signing in to sync. We have deleted firefox from our iphones, deleted our sync account, reinstalled firefox on our iphones and recreating a sync account. The sync arrows go around like it is syncing but no bookmarks appear in any of the 4 categories of bookmarks on our iphones. Syncing worked fine under firefox version 16.8 for iphone. Any help will be appreciated. Thank you. Dave

I updated to Firefox 17.3 today hoping the bookmark problem had been fixed. Still no bookmarks on my Wife's or my iphone 7. Bookmarks are still present on the Windows 7 desktop and laptop. I downloaded firefox 17.3 update on my iphone. No bookmarks. I disconnected sync on my iphone then logged into sync. No bookmarks. I disconnected from sync, deleted firefox from my iphone. Downloaded Firefox from the app store, logged into sync. No bookmarks. Sync worked properly on iphones with firefox 16.8 but not on any ios update since. I hope the smart, hardworking people at Firefox can figure this out. Thank you for any help.

I appear to have experienced the same problem.

The Bookmarks seem to have disappeared with the upgrade to Firefox 19.x on iOS 12.4.x. They are no-longer listed under any of the Bookmark tabs. The Sync account seems to have been logged out at about the same time.

To add to the mix, I also installed Lockwise around the same time, so I have no clear description of the sequence of events.

Looking in the Sync account, it is now showing two instances for the same device under "Devices & apps". One instance - the browser is showing as being the "Current device" while the second is showing as "Last synced a month ago ...". Given that I have not entered account details in Lockwise, I am assuming that this is associated with a previous version of Firefox.

None of the articles regarding recovery of lost Bookmarks seem applicable (I am not using sync with desktop devices on this account) in an iOS context. So I am guessing the Bookmarks are irrecoverable, and I am posting this here for information.

I am having a whole host of problems with Firefox 20 on my 6th gen iPad. After updating to Firefox 20, Google thinks this is some very old version of Firefox and gives me an old version of their site. Also, private messaging and watching stories on Facebook are broken.

I deleted and reinstalled Firefox, hoping that would solve the Facebook and Google issues, and now none of my bookmarks or logins & passwords show up after several attempts at re-syncing. When I look at my sync history, it shows that the iPad is connecting, but no information is being transferred.
