mail.db.idle_limit reset required?
According to the website https://rainbow.chard.org/2013/02/19/thunderbird-high-cpu/, there is a fix for high CPU utilization which showed up for me (T'bird 60.6.0, Mint 64 bit). According to this website, this fix has been available for close to 8 years but never brought into the development process. Not sure why. But my 85-90% battery-killing CPU utilization dropped to less than 1% with a change of the mail.db.idle_limit from 300000 to 3000000 and a restart. I'd love to know if this is a real fix or if, by using the fix, I have screwed up something else.
