Hello, there is a performance problem with my laptop. When Firefox run with the integrated Intel HD4600 GPU, it performs OK (nearly 60fps). But with NVIDIA GeForce 940m, it's only 30+fps.

I tested it on FishIETank, and 20 or 1000 fishes make no difference in performance. Both 33-34fps (may raise up to 40+, but will drop back soon). And GPU load is below 40%. (In other PC games, 940m can reach 95+% load)

In about:support, there is an failure : GP+[GFX1-]: RenderTargetViewNeedsRecreating

The reason I want to use 940m because... HD4600 is heavy loaded and the cooling fan can be extremely noisy with some html5 games.

some info: i3-4000m (HD4600 integrated) NVIDIA GeForce 940m 2GB, driver version 419.67 Windows 7 SP1 x64 Ultimate Firefox 65.0.2 x64, all extension disabled

Thanks for any idea.

Sounds like a driver issue and I doubt your HD iNtel is doing 60fps. Your switch graphics drivers sounds like it's messed up.
