FF causes network freezes (packet loss)
After random periods of time while playing video (youtube, vimeo etc) network connection (not only ff) begins to work unstable. FF causes network freeze every 6 second that results in ping >1000 or lost packets. I already get this problem in before (for several years i tried to use FF in different versions of windows and different computers/notebooks). It's only problem caused Firefox, nothing else. System and network load don't reach 15% when i get freezes. FF safe mode with disabled addons don't resolve the problem. Any other browser/program works fine and not affects on network connection.

Network instability would be something of a router or ISP related. And since it is random as you mentioned that sounds more like a hardware issue.

I already said that i tried it on several different computers and two Internet-providers (lan/wifi/cellular). Here is another related threads:

disabling the hardware acceleration doesn't resolve the problem.
Did you power cycle the router as well? Or check firmware updates? And those posting were roughly 2 years ago.
How closely tied is the problem to the video content? For example, if you close the tabs with video content, does the network connection go back to normal?
What kind of network connection do you use? Is this a special network card (i.e. hardware) or some other type of connection that requires software to operate like via USB?
