Filters move messages between folders endlessly, not just from inbox

Filters are not always run in loops though. For example if I apply filters on a specific folder, I will see them being moved to another folder, and then come back to the folder I applied filters on.

The issue started occurring 1 month ago, approximately when I switched providers from Gmail to GSuite, I don't know if it's a coincidence or not. There are no filters set on the provider's side.
