Thunderbird refused to see its mailboxes and accounts

I lost access to my gigantic (many years, more than 10 Gb) mail collection with Thunderbird 60.3.3 (32 bit), Windows 7 Pro. It happened out of the blue - at next run it showed no emails, no mail accounts (they were about a dozen) - see picture. Native profile is accessible - Address Book has correct list of my contacts. Looks like TB profile was corrupted due to some software collision. Will be grateful for any hints
