How do I customize toolbars in iOS like in macOS?

I want buttons where I want them. Like a share button in the top level of the toolbar on the bottom of my screen, rather than buried in the stupid 3 dots menu at the top. I don’t need a forward button. I mean, who uses that more than once a month (be honest)? Besides I can just swipe from the right side of the screen. For that matter, why do I need a back button in that toolbar? I can swipe! So there are two places I can put something else immediately useful (like share, and find on page, which I use A LOT) rather than things I never use taking up top level space. Help
