How to disable keyboard shortcuts?

I switched over to firefox because I was having trouble with chrome, but some of the keyboard shortcuts are making it nearly unusable for me. Is there a way to disable either all or some of them. I've seen links to add ons that do it, but none of them are compatible with my version of firefox (60.0.2) or they no longer link to anything.
