Is there a way to create a link to the about:preferences page?
Trying to create an href link to the Firefox about:preferences page. I have tried a few different options but none seem to work. When I click the link nothing happens.
IS there some other/better way to do this?

This is it - about:preferences
You are not able to link to any of the about: pages in a link element using HTML.
OK. Is there some other way to do it? JavaScript?
Unlikely.
It works when you save the various about: addresses as a bookmark. Click-hold & Drag the URL from the Location Bar to the Bookmarks Toolbar or just create a new bookmark with it in the Location field.
Won't work from outside of Firefox though.
