Is there a way to see the paths between webpages in the history?

When I click on a previous webpage in the back button history it deletes all the back button history after that and it can get annoying looking through the full history for the webpage. Is there a way to show all the paths between webpages? I think it would be easier that way. Especially if I'm not sure what it would be labelled as.

Note that you can middle-click (or hold Ctrl and left-click) entries in a tab history list to open the link in a new tab. That way you aren't modifying the tab history.

In the History list in the Library window, you can sort by time loaded, but there isn't any way to determine which tab a page was loaded into. Therefore, if you are loading pages in multiple tabs, you wouldn't be able to follow the history of an individual tab. Maybe there's an add-on for that?
