With v.52.7.0, Lightning was removed, and after I reinstalled it, I cannot use my remote agendas via Caldav, nor can I create new agendas, option is greyed-out

I have a server with NextCloud running with my agendas and contacts. I'm using Thunderbird since ages, with Lightning and SoGo connector installed as plugin, so I can access in read/write mode via CalDav (and my contacts as well). When Thunderbird was updated to 52.7.0, Lightning was removed. Reading about this on THB forum, I was advised to reinstall the plugin, which I did. Unfortunately, after that I was unable to either setup my remote agendas or create new agendas, as the option to create new agendas from greyed-out from the right-click menu... Any idea ?
