Sync doesn't detect added iOS device that is signed in.

I mostly use sync for the send tab feature, and until recently sync worked perfectly fine. I probably screwed something up but I can't recall what. I deleted my phone device from my acc, and signed back in but the problem persists. Both PC and phone have latest update.

Edit: 5 months no replies woo! Time for ms edge...
