Why can't I login to Firefox on my iphone7? The user id & password are correct. It tells me something are wrong with the user id or password.
I have tried to login to Firefox on my iphone, it tells me that the user ID or password is incorrect, they are correct. I have tried changing my password and it makes no difference. This started with the new update.

Please let us know what version of iOS (iOS10? iOS 11), what version of Firefox for iOS (10.1?), what you did in detail (you were trying to login to sync your Firefox bookmarks maybe?), what you expected and what happened!

Although the ID looked correct I noticed that the first letter of my user name was capitalized. I changed it lower case and it let me in.
