This is a meta-problem that I'm reporting under the Firefox iOS category because it could very well be the issue, but more importantly, there is no category for the support site itself.

The Mozilla Support mobile site (i.e. this very website) doesn't work properly in Firefox iOS. Specifically, I can't see my questions and posts when I go through the menu shortcut on the upper right > [My Username/Profile] > NN questions > Product Listing page.

It brings me to a page with a scrollable banner with icons for each Firefox product, but whitespace underneath instead of a list of expected questions, no matter which icon I tap, and any amount of loading time.

Also, some UX work here might be good. The menu flips from the upper right to the upper left if you go from most of the pages to the Inbox (as an example), which seems odd and mildly disorienting.

To work around the first issue, of course, I have to go to desktop mode.

Is this issue unique to me? Let me know if it works for you. iPhone 6, latest everything.

Hi Oo0Bailey0oO,

You are actually quite correct, the mobile version of the support.mozilla.org site has not been updated in a very long time. There is also a limit to the amount of developer resources that we have had since out attempt to move over to a new platform at the beginning of this year.

Is there another site that you are also seeing issues with? I am happy to help facilitate an issue in webcompat.com :-)
