My Win7 computer won't log into my firefox account
I created the account using my ios iphone6 then try to log in with my pc and it just says 'working' for half an hour now

That was an issue with desktop Firefox 50.0.0 when Private Browsing / Never Save History was enabled.
It was fixed in Firefox 50.0.1 (Monday) - current version is Firefox 50.0.2 (Tuesday).

That's what I have 50.0.2 and it's still 'working'
Like it never even gets logged in let alone syncs anything. I'm feeling like maybe its trying to put an IP identity on my computer, and it should be able to. Nothing special here.
When I logged my phone out and back in firefox sent me an email including the IP of my phone and it's on the same network as my PC so I don't understand how it's a problem.
and as far as history I don't have 'never' selected
But when I unchecked private browsing it restarted and logged in
