Is someone going to fix time increasing huge memory consuming in Firefox. The newer it becomes, the more memory leaks it gets!!! WTF I'm asking? It consumes memory even whey I just walk on the pages. No add-ons want to fix the issue. I think it's well known issue to describe it more detail.

Unfortunately neither of the topics helps in general. I have 32GB installed on my PC and I had a case when Firefox consumed about a half of it. I am a programmer as well and I feel it's an abnormal situation case when a program consumes such big about of memory. Anyway it should be adjusted by default to work pretty correctly. I like to have 20-30 pages opened simultaneously but I don't see it should be a cause of such issues. Perhaps it's a plugin, perhaps something else e.g. technology used. Chrome has a tendency to consume huge amount of memory as well for example. Anyway I am sure it has to be fixed.

If you file a bug report with as much detail as possible on Bugzilla, the Firefox developers can certainly take a look at the issue and see if there is something that needs to be adjusted in future versions of Firefox.
